Shipping Policy
At EcoFusion Home & Garden, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your products arrive at your doorstep quickly and in excellent condition. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5. For orders over $50, shipping is free. We process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt and ship them within 24-48 hours after processing. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier's website. We also offer international shipping, but please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
Returns Policy
At EcoFusion Home & Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items may have a restocking fee or be non-returnable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
